双作用吐泵
基本介绍:转子转-圈,每个密封容积变化两个循环,所以密封容积每圈内完成吸油、压油各两次,故称为双作用泵。相比于单作用泵,是变量泵,双作用泵是定量泵。又因泵的两个吸油窗口与两个压油窗口是径向对称的,作用于转子上的液压力是平衡的,以又称为平衡式叶片泵
优点:
①双作用使排量增加一倍,流量也相应增加。
②吸压、油口对称于旋转中心配置,旋转轴上受到的液压力是平衡的,
③轴和轴承上无径向载荷,有利于提高泵的工作压力。

结构
双作用式叶片泵是由定子、转子、叶片、配流盘和泵体组成,转子与定子同心安装,定子的内曲线是由两段长半径圆弧、两段短半径圆弧和四段过度曲线所组成,共有八段曲线。

工作原理
转子做顺时针旋转,叶片在离心力作用下径向伸出,其顶部在定子内曲线上滑动。此时,由两叶片、转子外圆、定子内曲线及两侧配有盘所组成的密闭的工作腔的容积在不断地变化,在经过右下角以及左上角的配油窗口处时,叶片伸出,工作腔容积增加,形成真空,油液通过吸油窗吸入;在经过右_上角及左下角的配油窗口处时,叶片回缩,工作腔容积变小,压强增大,液压缸油液通过液压窗口输出。

双作用叶片泵的困油现象
当相邻两叶片同时位于吸排口之间时,正好将吸排口隔开,这时就形成封油区,就可能出现困油问题。(旋转时两叶片间容量不变,虽不会发生困油,但从吸过渡到排,会产生压力冲击;叶片包角太小,产生困油,包角太大,吸排窗口沟通,工作失常。)解决方法配流盘的压油窗口的一端开三角卸荷槽(减少过渡的压力冲击、脉动、噪声;消除困油)。

性能特点
叶片泵压力脉动小,因磨损而产生的工作压力下降车小运转平稳、噪音较小,结构紧凑,起动转矩小。但吸人条件较差,运动部件的工作可靠性较低。
1.流量较均匀,运转平稳,噪声较低。
2.双作用叶片泵转子所受径向力是平衡的,轴承寿命长;它的内部密封性也较好,容积效率较高;因此,一般额定排出压力较高,可达7MPa左右。
3.结构紧凑,尺寸较小而流量较大。
4.对工作条件要求较严。叶片抗冲击较差,较容易卡住,对油液的清洁程度和粘度都比较敏感。端面间隙或叶槽间隙不合适都会影响正常工作。转速一-般在500~2000r /道范围内,太低则叶片可能因离心力不够而不能压紧在定了表面,而太高则吸人时会产生“气穴现象”;
5.结构较复杂,零件制造精度要求较高。

液压传动系统的优点和存在的问题
1.优点:
(1)液压传动功率密度高,调速性能好,可实现无级调速;
(2)在发动机转速范围内,较低转速时能保持较大的牵引力,起动力矩大;
(3)总体匹配容易,只需改变泵或马达排量就可以得到满意的匹配效果;
(4)液压传动元件位置独立,布置方便灵活;
(5)行走微动性能好,本身具有制动效果;
(6)控制性能好,可实现恒转矩或恒功率调速;
(7)吸振性好,同时具有过载保护装置;
(8)便于实现自动及远距离操纵,操作简单方便。
2.存在问题:
制造加工要求高;未实现国产化,生产批量较小;成本高。

各种行走传动系统比较
工程机械行走系统初主要采用机械传动和液力传动(全液压挖掘机除外)。现在,液压和电传动也出现在工程机械行走驱动装置中,对这一-领域起到了巨大的推动作用。

机械传动
结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、稳态传动效率高并可利用柴油机运动零件的惯性进行作业。但一般只能进行有级变速,并且布局方式受到限制,司机劳
动强度高。因此,机械传动适用于行驶阻力比较稳定的连续作业机械。

2.液力传动
具有分段无级调速能力;输出轴和输入轴之间没有刚性的机械联系,减小了传动系及发动机零件的冲击、振动;变矩器的功率密度大而负荷应力较低;成本不高。这些特点使它广泛应用于大中型铲士、起重、运输等工程机械中。但与液压传动相比,液力传动存在很多缺点:
(1)加速性能较差,不能利用发动机制动;
(2)液力传动缺乏固定速比,不能准确调速;
(3)起动力矩小,低速传动效率低;
(4)液压传动的高效区比液力传动高效区范围广;
(5)变矩器不能反转,倒档需采用机械传动,会引起换挡时的动力中断;
(6)布局受限。

电传动
动力装置和车轮之间无刚性联系,便于总体布置及维修;电动轮通用性强,可简单地实现任意多驱动轮驱动的方式来满足不同机械对牵引性能和通过性能的要求;容易实现自动操纵;以电子调节系统调节电动机轴上的转速和转向,调速范围宽广。但它的功率密度低、成本高(据统计电传动系统的成本要比液力机械传动的成本高20%左右)。目前仅用于大功率的自卸式载重汽车及轮式装载机上。

液压传动
与机械传动相比,液压传动更容易实现运动参数(流量)和动力参数(压力)的控制,而液压传动较之液力传动具有良好的低速负荷特性。由于具有传递效率高,输出转速无级调速,可正、反向运转,速度刚性大,动作实现容易等突出优点,液压传动在工程机械中应用广泛。特别是发动机转速控制的恒转矩、恒功率组合调节的变量系统的开发,为液压传动应用于工程机械行走系统提供了广阔的发展前景。
