1、研磨精度提高grinding accuracy improved
莹瞬磨床工作台面精度保证150×400mm(试磨片x6片，其高度差为0.002mm），研磨表面光洁度为ra0.18，切沟槽之能力同向误差100㎜，2μm内。

2、高精度之直结式主轴high precision straight spindle
莹瞬磨床主轴采用直结式设计，搭配cp4级精密斜角滚珠轴承、v3级低震动马达与动平衡后，为普通型主轴之三倍刚性，直接安装于机头座上，更加强头部之强度，保证主轴之偏转远低于0.002mm；为主轴在超精密磨屑中的精度保证及硬质合金正切削时提供充足的动力。

莹瞬磨床主机座、工作台、滑座、立柱及机头等各重要铸件体均采用高级铸铁fcd300，并经由有限元分析与计算，达到刚性倍增与质量的工程需求，每件铸件均经过内应力消除处理，确保长久不变形，并具极佳的抗弯及抗扭应力，确保机床长时间之研削精度。

莹瞬磨床前后双v，左右1v一平，均贴附u.s.a耐磨片turcite-b，以及手工精密铲花。保证工作台在负荷的情况下，不仅减低阻尼系数，且滑动顺畅、耐磨，确保移动轻快与精度准确，最适合成型超精密研磨。

莹瞬磨床采用循环式中心润滑过滤装置，一方面对机床所有传动螺杆和滑动面均得到最佳之润滑，另一方面对机床进行不间断润滑油循环过滤，更好的保证机床的使用寿命。
