今天有个客户咨询在nbu6.5上 备份oracle10g时不能成功，，报错code是6，查看了一下oracle的日志显示如下：
rman-12001: could not open channel ch01
rman-10008: could not create channel context
rman-10003: unable to connect to target database
ora-12170: tns:connect timeout occurred；
查看了一下监听的状态发现状态是启动的，但不显示监听的实例，建议用户把监听重启一下，如果能解决，再更新。
