项目简介：
项目两年完成, 需要修完60学分。每学期学生可以报名graduate projects, 接受导师一对一指导, 和作家、艺术家和其他院系的学者一起完成项目。秋季学期, 研究生一年级学生需要参加mfa graduate seminar研究生讨论会, 探索自主指导作品和论文写作的方法论; seminar方向包括: 当代设计实践、文化和文学批评、认知、语言、结构派和其他理论。每学期设置critique week评论周。
课程设置：
studio—mfa 6009 graduate projects, seminars and/or maximum of 12 credits of 3000-level and above studios
art history艺术史：
1）arthi 5002 graduate survey of modern and contemporary art 现当代艺术调查or arthi 5120 survey of modern and contemporary architecture and design现当代建筑和设计调查(3)
2）art history courses, 4000-level or above (9)
electives—any course in any area at 3000 level or above选修课
participation in four graduate critiques参加四次评论周
participation in one of the following as appropriate to artistic practice:* graduate exhibition, aiado or fashion exhibition, graduate performance event, graduate screenings参与以下任一艺术实践: 研究生展、时装展、研究生表演活动、研究生放映活动

5.个人陈述：写一份500到700字的陈述来描述你的工作或研究。讨论你是如何专注于你希望在研究生阶段追求的媒介、工作内容或学术领域的。同时讨论你未来的工作方向或目标，并描述视觉传达设计美术硕士是如何特别适合你的专业目标。
6.作品集:15-20张图片或10分钟以内基于时间的作品, 或者两者结合(一张图片等于大约两分钟基于时间的作品)

8.语言成绩：国际学生需提交托福分数(建议85分以上), 雅思要求6.5以上。
