15．其它费用（other）：也有预付和到付两种支付方式。
16．运输声明价值（declared value for carriage）：在此栏填入发货人要求的用于运输的声明价值。如果发货人不要求声明价值，则填入nvd（no value declared）。
17．海关声明价值（declared value for customs）：发货人在此填入对海关的声明价值，或者填入ncv（no customs valuation），表明没有声明价值。
18．目的地机场（airport of destination）：填写最终目的地机场的全称。
19．航班及日期（flight/date）：填入货物所搭乘航班及日期。
20．保险金额（amount of insurance）：只有在航空公司提供代保险业务而客户也有此需要时才填写。
21．操作信息（handling information）：一般填入承运人对货物处理的有关注意事项，如shipper|s certification for live animals（托运人提供活动物证明）等。
