特点：

2.原料方面适用于生产热可塑性塑胶原料pvc，tpr及tpu塑胶发泡，不发泡类。
3.全自动电脑控制采用压力，流量双比例控制，可对不同模具的工艺要求进行控制。
4.采用进口线性电位器控制射胶料量，精度可达0.1mm，射料准确，产品美观，质量稳定。
5.加温区采用先进的电子固态继电器，可频繁无噪音的进行通断电，经久耐用。采用电热偶每秒三次循环检测，检温精度高，将温度准确显示在控制箱上。
6.模具平行度自动调整系统，可保护模具在不平行的情况下，仍能正常生产而确保产品质量，不起毛边。
7.关模座结构结实锁模力大，一次锁模，三色色料可同时注射，节省时间，提高生产量，创造高利润。
8.本机生产三色，双色或单色成品。
9.其生产量每小时约180双。
