fbj、fsj 系列减压器 fbj、fsj series regulator 概述 fbj、fsj 系列减压器适用于理化仪器和气体分析仪器。由于零件采用超纯水、超声波清洗，在气体的密闭性和纯净度方面性能卓越，是一种能够提供稳定压力和流量的气体减压器；fbj系列产品采用铜镀镍母体，适用于常规气体、混合气体及非腐蚀性气体等。fsj 系列产品采用316l不锈钢母体。适用于标准气体、混合气体和一般腐蚀性气体等。 general remark fbj,fsj series regulators are suitable to be used in the physical and chemistry instrument and gas analytical instrument. it is excellent in the purity andobturation because the components are cleared by the high pure water and ultrasonic. the regulators can supply the stable pressure and flux; fbj series have the brass main body nickel plated, aresuitable for the common gas, mixed gas and non-corruption gas. fsj series have the 316l main body, are suitable for the standard gas, mixed gas and general corrosive gas and so on. 规格型号及技术参数 型号 适用气体最高进口压力(mpa) 出口压力（mpa） 连接形式 进气口 出气口 fsj-d 常规气体、混合 性气体及其一般腐蚀性气体 2.5 0.1 — 1 g5/8（f） w21.8-14l(f) ø6卡套 1/4卡套 其他 m16x1.5（m） m16x1.5l（m） ø6卡套 1/4卡套 其他 fsj-g 15 0.1 — 2.5 fsj-gd 15 0.1 — 1 fbj-d 常规气体及其混合性气体 2．5 0.1 — 1 fbj-g 15 0．1-2．5 fbj-gd 15 0.1 — 1 安装及使用installation and operation： 1、装前检查： ① 确认减压器型号及额定进口压力，检查压力表是否损坏，表针是否离零。 ② 调节把手应处于松弛状态。2、气瓶安装：减压器进气接口与气瓶出气接口连接密封，压力表盘面正对操作者，出气口与管道连接密封。缓慢打开气瓶阀门，观察进气压力表，应平稳升至气瓶压力，出气口应无压力输出。 3、工程安装： ①、进出气不要接错。 ②、缓慢打开管路进气阀门，观察进气压力表，应平稳升至进气口压力，出气口应无压力输出。 ★ 此时，操作者不要正对减压器。 ★ 如有异常现象，立即关闭气瓶阀门或管路进气阀门，减压器应停止使用。4、缓慢顺时针旋转压力调节把手，同时观察低压表，使之达到所需工作压力。 ★ 当出口压力不经调节缓慢持续上升时，应立即关闭气瓶或管路进气阀门，减压器停止使用。 5、使用过程中，应时常对减压器出口压力进行观察。 6、工作结束后，应关闭气瓶或管路进气阀门，逆时针旋转调节把手，使之旋到松弛状态。 7、减压器应定期进行检测。 1、check before installation: ① to affirmthe regulator type and rating pressure of the inlet, check the pressure gauge if there is any problem. ② control handle should be relaxed. 2、installation of the gas bottles: connect the inlet of theregulator and the outlet of the gas bottle and seal the connection parts; keep the face of the pressure gauge to the operator; connect the outlet of the regulator to the tube and seal. open the gasbottle valve slowly, look-in the pressure gauge for in-put pressure, and the showing pressure should be rised to the pressure of the gas bottle placidly and without pressure output in the outlet.3、installation for the project ①、connect the correct inlet and outlet; ②、open the inlet valve, see the pressure increasing to the pressure of inlet. at the same time, there should be no pressure inoutlet end. ★ operator can not face to the regulator; ★ any problem comes out, close the valve of the gas bottle or the inlet valve, close the regulator. 4、adjust the pressure valve slowly to therequested pressure. ★ if the pressure in outlet can not stop to increase, close the valve of the gas bottle or the the inlet valve,close the regulator. 5、during working, it is better to oversee theoutlet pressure. 6、after working, close the gas bottle or inlet valve and adjust the pressure valve to be relax. 7、the regulator should be inspected termly. 定货须知order information1、用户应根据工作环境，选择相应型号的减压器。 customer should choose the suitable type based on the working circumstance; 2、如有特殊要求请加以说明。 please note if there are some special requests 减压器、气体减压器、双级减压器、不锈钢减压器
