txcy本机主要适于工作条件恶劣、作业现场狭窄、低矮以及泥泞的作业面。本机采用道依茨(deutz)风冷低污染发动机，并配置了加拿大ecs的铂金干式尾气消音净化器。传动系统选用dana公司的液力变矩器和动力换档变速箱。制动系统采用全液压双管路工作制动系统，并配装了多盘湿式制动器和no-spin防滑差速器（前桥）。该车液压系统主要件采用parker元件，全液压转向，手动控制。
