机头采用双栓直针设计。机头具全自动供油系列,可充分润滑每一运转部分,并具有可拆卸式滤油器可视需要清理或更换。按钮式调整疏密,不需要换凸轮,操作简单。可微调差动化,精确调整送布齿的差动比率。具针线冷却装置,使用白矿油冷却及润滑,有助于避免断针、断线、跳线等现象。采用双针五线同步,配备强力辅助送布系统,车缝时送料精确,缝线美观。采用进口电子定位马达及控制器控制车缝速度。采用气动控制压脚的自动提升,采用编码器控制针位。运行平稳,噪声低。本设备主要用于床垫绗缝面料,超厚布料的锁边,并可自动将连带与床垫边缘布缝紧于面料上。
