 广州谛科成立于2003年，公司总部位于广州市天河区繁华商业地带，下属广州蒙尔特面材制品有限公司、肇庆富盛复合材料有限公司等二家子公司。公司生产基地在广东肇庆大旺高新开发区.主要业务涉及高分子复合材料、聚合物改性、光固化等领域及相关特殊化学品的研发、生产和销售。
   广州谛科是一家实力雄厚、正处于高速发展阶段的高新技术企业。公司一直非常重视自主专利技术的积累，逐年加大研发投入，拥有配套设施完善的现代化研发中心和一支由多位归国留美博士为学术带头人的高效研发团队。作为可持续化发展的重要基础，谛科在广州肇庆高新技术产业开发区建有占地面积超过100亩的大型生产基地。目前2000吨/年特种（甲基）丙烯酸酯单体、1000吨/年高档光固化低聚物、3000吨/年聚甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯（本体聚合）等具有自主知识产权的生产线已经顺利投产，可为国内外光固化、高分子复合材料等领域提供高品质原料。
