宁波祥瑞机械有限公司位于长江三角洲南翼港口城市——宁波市，其前身为宁波市鄞州德艺缝制设备有限公司，创建于1994年，是一家专业生产轴类零部件的股份制民营企业。公司占地面积13000平方米，厂房面积12300平方米，是中国缝制设备机械协会骨干零部件企业，浙江省外贸进出口规范企业。
 
Ningbo Xiangrui Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo City, a port city in the south of Yangtze River Delta. Its former, Ningbo Yinzhou Deyi Sewing Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and is a civil company of stock system specialized in producing shaft parts. The company occupies a floor area of 13,000 square meters and workshop area of 12,300 square meters. It is a backbone accessory enterprise of China Sewing Machinery Society, and a standard enterprise for foreign industry import and export.
