拓普文具有限公司于PP文具行业知名职业经理人黄友平在北京奥运年2008年创立，为适应业务迅速扩展需要，并为客人提供更优质的产品和更便利的服务，2008年5月23日，在国内最知名小商品城义乌，联合办公文具行业生产精英，我们建立了自己专业的塑料文具生产工厂，并与行业知名原料和配件供应商结成稳固联盟。在短短一年的时间里，我司从最初的28人发展到现在的100多人，已能向现广大客户提供300多种PP\PVC 文件夹,资料册，文件袋，30多种文件盘、电脑座及其它办公文具产品。并迅速开拓了中东、东南亚、西欧和南美市场，年销量超过1350万元，作为刚成立的年轻企业，在全球经济偏冷的一年来说，是难能可贵的。

    Topper Stationery Co.Limited,，established by Mr Apin Huang, the very named professional manager in PP stationery field, in the year  of  Beijing Olympic Game 2008 .And to meet the fast expanding of the buying demand and  for better quality goods supply  and  convenient service to the clients  ,on May 23,2008,holding a strong union with the stationery production  elites ,we started up a brand new factory for plastic stationery items in Yiwu ,the most famous commodity city at home and abroad..Within one year,our workers have reached to more than 100 from 28 , now we can supply 200 kinds of PP and PVC clip files,display books and document bags ,30 kinds of  file trays and laptop stands ect. And our market is expanding to  Middle East ,East and South Asia ,West Europe  and South America.At the end of 2008, our  sales volume has  rocketted at more than 2 million US Dollars,It is very rare for the new factory at the world economy development colding year .
