   2009年3月30日，雅安兴美云母工业有限责任公司与雅安承华绝缘材料有限公司正式签定了资产重组协议书，以雅安兴美云母工业有限责任公司对外经营。由雅安承华绝缘材料有限公司总经理刘志华担任雅安兴美云母工业有限责任公司总经理，徐超强担任经营副总经理。
