欧诺法装饰材料（上海）有限公司是由泰国CP GROUP和美国OMNOVA Solutions Inc.共同投资的一家外商投资高新技术企业。美国OMNOVA Solutions Inc. 于2008年一月份全面收购欧诺法装饰材料（上海）有限公司和欧诺法装饰材料（太仓）有限公司。上述两家公司正式成为美国OMNOVA Solutions Inc. 的全资子公司。
欧诺法装饰材料（上海）有限公司成立于1999年12月29日，注册资本1,000万美元，投资总额超过2000万美元。公司占地60,000平方米，拥有多条人造革生产线，主要生产各类PVC,半PU及PU人造革制品，年产量3,000万码。公司年销售额超过5,500万美元。公司2003年通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证，2006年通过TS16949认证，2007年通过ISO14001环境管理体系认证多项产品通过CCC认证。
欧诺法装饰材料（太仓）有限公司成立于2007年，注册资本500万美元，占地约50,000平方，可容纳4条生产线，主要生产高档PU产品，预估年产量可达2800万码。
OMNOVA Decorative Products (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was a High-Tech joint venture between Thailand CP Group and OMNOVA Solutions Inc. from the US.  In January of this year, OMNOVA Solutions Inc. has purchased the remaining interest from CP Group.  Both OMNOVA Shanghai and OMNOVA Taicang are now 100% subsidiaries of OMNOVA Solutions Inc.
   OMNOVA Shanghai was established on Dec.29th, 1999 with a registered capital of USD10 million.  Our Shanghai plant occupies 60,000 square meters of facility area and the total investment exceeds USD20 million. Our production capacity for PVC, semi PU and PU total 30 million yards per year and our annual turnover exceeds 55 million US dollars. We attained ISO9001 qualification in 2003 and TS16949 in 2006.  We passed CCC (China Compulsory Certification) in 2007.
OMNOVA Decorative Products (Taicang) was set up in 2007 in Jiangsu Province with USD10 million registered capital and 60,000 square meters of production facility, which holds 4 PU lines with 28 million yards production capabilities. Our Taicang operation adds high-grade PU to our production capability.
