上海紫江喷铝包装材料有限公司是由上海紫江企业集团股份有限公司，伊达控股(香港)有限公司共同投资组建的中外合资企业。注册资金1500万美元，总投资2996万美元。
公司是目前中国最大的真空喷铝包装材料制造企业，拥有从德国、日本进口的具有国际先进水平的设备20余台，年生产能力10000万米。
公司位于上海西郊外环路旁。现有职工280人，其中中高级职称占30%以上。先进的技术、设备和管理，使紫江喷铝产品深受广大用户的欢迎，市场份额不断扩大，在我国包装材料企业率先通过了ISO9001质量保证和ISO14001环境管理体系双认证，并且与欧、美、日等一些世界一流企业密切合作，确保紫江喷铝产品处于国内领导地位并与世界先进水平同步。

ZJMP is the largest manufacturer of vacuum metallized packaging material in China. The company owns 20 sets of equipment imported from Japan and Germany. Which have the advanced world level. Now our yearly output is over 100 million meters.
ZJMP is located beside the outside round in the west suburb of Shanghai. At present, there are 280 employees in the company, among whom there are more than 30% with high titles.
