Atminimum,hewillbelookingatchargesofanunauthorizeddisclosureofclassifiedinformation.Itispossibledependingonhowthefactsplayoutthathecouldbelookingatespionagechargeswhichwouldpotentiallycarryalifeterm.Inordertomakethecasestick,theyhadtofindhim,andthat’snotasimpleprocessatthispoint.BecauseIdon’tthinkanyoneknowswhereheis,andtheyhavetogethimfromwhereverheistotheUS.Thatcanbedone.Thereareextraditiontreaties,butthat’snotasimpleoraspeedyprocess.Thateveryrepublicanwillvoteagainstproceedingtoanylegislativematteruntilwe’vefundedthatgovernment,andprotectedeverytaxpayerfromataxhike.Basically,whatitmeansthatthosefirstthingsfirst.Withthislettertheyhavesimplyputinwriting,politicalstrategythatRepublicanspursuedthisentirecongress,namelyobstruct,delay,obstructdelay,actiononcriticalmatters,andthenblametheDemocratsfornotaddressingtheneedsofAmericanpeople.Verycynicalbut,veryobvious,verytransparent.PresidentObamawillbeabandoningalloffshoreoildrillingintheeasternGulfofMexico.Thisisadirectresultoftheoilspill.Nowthisisachangeintheadministrationpolicy.Irememberthatpriortothatoilspillandtheadministrationhadannouncedsuspendingoildrillingtothatregionbutofcourseitwasthedisastrousoilspill,andsothatchangedeverything.
