Factory introduction

Changshu Desiccators Equipment Factory is located in Xinggang Town, Changshu—a beautiful city with wonderful environment and convenient transportation by land and water. And it is close to some medium-sized cities and big cities in China, such as Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Shanghai and so on. Our factory has designed and manufactured a series of dry equipment. And in 2003, we developed to make the body of a ship which is below 60,000 tons. The main products are the rudder horn and rudder. We have been approved by many ships’ classification societies, such as DNV, LR, CCS and so on. And the products have been exported to many countries in Southeast Asia.
Our factory was established in 1984. Now, we have fixed assets of 10,000,000 yuan and an area of 13,000 square meters, including 5000square meters for factory workshops. At present, there are 45 workers in our factory, including 5 personnel with middle or senior technical titles, 2 personnel with assistant technical titles, and 5 technicians. And we have the ripe productive technology and all kinds of equipment used for welding and machining, such as a crane that can hoist 50 tons’ things, a crimping machine (60mm ), two hydraulic presses (400T & 600T ), 15 air tight welding machines, eight electric welding machines (500A ), a plate bending machine and a NC cutting machine.
Since the factory was established, the rules and regulations of our factory have been perfected. To serve the customs and make customs satisfy is the sole purpose of our factory.
