本公司行政写字楼设于台湾，在台湾及大陆东莞设有两个研发中心。并于 2002 年设立深圳市宏聚电子有限公司，负责整个大陆地区的营销网络。 2003 年在广东东莞成立东莞市宏聚电子五金制品有限公司，负责产品的加工制造。公司面积 8000 平方米 ，员工 400 多人，具备 12 条自动组立生产线，并设有 CNC 加工中心。从产品设计、模具制造、注塑成形、五金冲压、组装检验，全部在工厂内部进行，这样有力地保证了产品的质量，并能满足客户日益紧迫的交货期。 2004 年底,

本公司东莞工厂的实验室经美国 UL 实验室审查通过，成为美国 UL 认可的开关产品检测实验室，保证了我司产品经过 100% 检验，达到美国 UL 标准要求。
