公司创建于1984年，占地面积12000平方米，建筑面积10000平方米，2002年销售额达550多万美元，公司现有职工386人，现拥有大专以上学历的高素质专业人员60多名，技术工程师19名，质量工程师8名，公司主要生产汽车用橡胶、塑料制品及制造出口橡胶、塑料模具，产品为美国通用、福特、克莱斯勒三大汽车公司二级配套，也为日本丰田、本田汽车公司二级配套，公司主要客户为世界五百强企业，产品涉及各种橡胶制品使用材料主要有硅胶、三元乙丙胶、氯丁胶、氟橡胶、丁晴胶、天然胶等。公司管理结合日本和美国先进国家的管理模式，橡胶制品行业首家执行汽车行业最高标准ISO/TS16949：2002版质量管理体系。
