( CHARACTER OF TECHNOLOGY
(1)short production--ordinary medium and small size electrodeposition products be finished in7to20days,After shaping  
the working surface do not need to trim.
(2)highaccuracy of processing--comparing with the mother mould,the working suface of eiectrodeposition product share
the same shape and accuracy,the accuracy can be less then Ra0.025um,thetolerance can be in±2.5um.
(3)high guality of shaping-electrodeposition product are made of nickel,hardness range from HRc26~30,the highest hardness
can reach HRc46 for special requirment,strength of extension58~90KG/m㎡,specific elongation10~30﹪.Mould can be injected
over 200.000times,some can even be 600.000~1000.000times.
(4)can be processed in indirect ways-for some concave shape products which can not be processed in conventional ways,
we can frrst process convex mother mould in conventional ways,then process the concave shape product in electrodepositon way.
(5)A large variety of mother mould materials to choose from-mother mould can be made of metal matetrials such as
stainless steel' copper'aluminium'tin and other low melting points alloy and can be choose non-metal material such as plastic'
gypsum'glass'waxetc.
(6)the merit of Ni&Co alloy mold:
(a)no rust cause Ni&Co alloy is rust-proof after deliv-ery the rust-proof is unnecessary.
(b)solid&durable,cast adds Co during casting with pu-lsating current.
(c)High gloss,No spolish,product using chemical way.
(d)casting mold has covering character,and can deal with veins of ordinary button. )
