方灿商贸有限公司做为方灿集团在中国的营销中心，主要负责产品的R&D、生产采购、QC跟踪、物流控制和销售业务。在中国，我们采购的产品主要分为两类：出口OEM订单和自有品牌OEM订单。

我们的 R&D 部门主要根据国内和国际市场需求设计开发新的产品项目，由采购部提供专业的开发指导和质量管理控制，再由我们的合作伙伴——生产企业具体负责订单的生产。
