公司前身是泉州利高食品有限公司，为改善生产环境，扩大生产经营规模，2003年4月20日，迁址于清濛科技工业区。
目前，公司厂区面积10000平方米，加工车间总面积7000平方米，设计生产能力15万只/月。职工总人数230人，其中硕士学位1人，大专本科学历11人，中专23人。专业技术人员和专职管理人员24人。
公司已获国家进出口检验检疫局颁发的《卫生注册证书》，《ISO9000证书》《HACCP认证》，迪斯尼、华纳公司经过严格审查也批准丽高公司生产其专利产品，丽高公司凭借严格的质量卫生管理，独特的造型及不断创新的工艺，深受国内外客户的厚爱，产品远销欧、美、中东、大洋州等地区。
本公司拥有一支精练、高效的管理团队，以及一批高素质技术人才，公司具有较强的自我开发、研制能力，能够根据顾客的具体需要而开发、设计各种产品。
