sphc这个牌号其实最早是德国的牌号，日本也用，后来国内钢厂宝钢引入，代表的是的热轧钢板（它对应的冷轧板就是spcc），相当于国标gb699（优质碳素结构钢国家标准）中的10#、15#钢的热轧板，他们的含碳量范围是0.1-0.15%左右。
sphc跟q235之类的不可相互转换，因为q235遵循的是国标gb700（碳素结构钢国家标准）的标准，如果仅仅从含碳量上来讲，sphc跟q215是一样的，按产品类别分为：热轧钢带热轧钢板 热轧纵切钢带热轧酸洗钢带热轧酸洗钢板。sphc，q195，sae1006，08yu，含碳量均为6个左右属于冷成型用钢，适用于制造冷型加工的零件。一般用于如冷轧产品，加工有一定延伸要求的冲压成型产品，复杂形状的零件加工。以上几种牌号化学成份及机械性能基本接近，但各钢厂生产的材料在开增加工时，板面平整度会有定区别。
