产品介绍
碟形垫圈（disc springs）又名贝勒维尔弹簧垫圈，是法国人贝勒维尔发明的。碟形垫圈（din6796 din2093din2092 din6796）(hds系列)是设计用于螺栓和螺钉连接的防松垫圈。它按din6796设计制造，用于中等或高强度螺栓、螺钉的连接。支承载荷大和弹性恢复使得hds系列非常有效，螺栓拉力可以承受由于以下原因产生的松弛：易损件的磨损、蠕变、松弛、热膨胀、收缩，或密封件的压紧。hds系列使螺钉的弹性作用增加了数倍，它可以有效地取代普通弹簧垫圈，但不适用作锁紧垫圈、平垫圈组合。
       由于hds系列是可以对合或叠合的碟形弹簧。对合方式组合可增加碟簧组的变形量，叠合方式组合可增加碟簧组的弹簧力。理想的安装方式是尽可能压平，愈接近压平状态，张力矩增加愈快，不需要扭矩扳手，就可得到适当的螺栓拉力。
