新手，没弄过。
注册了个免费的主机，用ftp命令传来个文件，搞了半天也没觉得它能正常运行什么的。
我就想让它启动运行一下，先过下瘾。

但为什么用域名可以运行，用ip地址就不能运行，显示这个：
account unavailable
maybe account have been moved, deleted, suspended or not activated yet.
the requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future.
应该是运营商设置的不能直接用ip访问
