假如创建oracle数据库时，没有创建实例，没有scott用户，也没有emp文件。
需要执行下面的一些脚本文件：
路径：{oracle_home}\rdbms\admin
1、sql>@ ..\utlsampl.sql （********）
用于创建scott用户，及其该用户下面的一些表，如emp,dept
执行后会直接退出sql命令页面，返回到cmd。再次进入，使用
select username from dba_users order by username; 即可以看到scott用户已创建。
sql>conn scott/tiger; 即可查看表emp的数据
2、sql>@ ..\catalog.sql (*******)
creates the views of the data dictionary tables, the dynamic performance views, and public synonyms for many of the views. grants public access to the synonyms
3、sql>@ ..\catproc.sql(*******)
runs all scripts required for or used with pl/sql.
4、sql>@ ..\pupbld.sql:（***）
required for sql*plus. enables sql*plus to disable commands by
5、sql>@ ..\dbmsstdx.sql:
before a trigger can be created, the user sys must run this sql script
6、sql>@ ..\standard.sql:
before run pl/sql, the user sys must run this sql script
查看当前数据库的版本，是否与系统版本相符：如32位/64位
select * from v$version; (sys)
防止开机启动慢，，进入services.msc关闭oracle的相关服务，在需要时开启，即改为手动，而非开机启动。
配置net configuration assistant，包含监听程序及相关的服务名。
