解决方法：
when you execute runinstaller from the oracle 9ir2 (9.2.0) cd, you will get the following
error message:

在linux下执行以下操作
mv /usr/bin/gcc /usr/bin/gccold

然后安装正常 成功后记的改回去

mv /usr/bin/gccold /usr/bin/gcc
