本装置用于处理船上来自厕所的粪便污水（又称黑水）。处理过程中不添加任何稀释水、灰水、处理水和（或）海水，不适用于特殊区域（指波罗的海）排放生活污水的客船，不考虑总氮和总磷性能指标的要求。
船用生活污水处理装置属imo国际防止船舶造成海洋污染公约《marpol 73/78》附则iv的关键设备。本系列装置遵守2012年10月5日 颁布的mepc.227(64)决议（称为新标准）。
本装置将适用于2016年1月1日或以后在下列船舶上安装的生活污水处理装置：
(1)所有区域的船舶（客船除外）；
(2)marpol附则iv特殊区域外的客船。
the device is used to treat the fecal sewage (also known as black water) from toilets on ships. no dilution water, grey water, treatment water and/or sea water will be added in the treatment process. it is not suitable for passenger ships discharging domestic sewage in special areas (referring to the baltic sea), and the requirements of total nitrogen and total phosphorus performance indicators will not be considered.
marine domestic sewage treatment plant is the key equipment of imo annex iv of marpol 73/78. this series of devices comply with resolution mepc.227(64) of 5 october 2012 (referred to as the new standard).
this device will apply to domestic sewage treatment units installed on or after january 1, 2016 on the following ships:
(1) ships in all regions (except passenger ships);
(2) passenger vessels outside the special area of marpol by-law iv.
原理概述/principle description
swcm(i)型船用生活污水处理装置利用活性污泥、接触氧化、电絮凝技术和自动加药杀菌消毒的原理消解有机污染物质。装置能高效、彻底和干净地处理污水，使排放水满足imo新标准和其他更严厉的要求。
swcm(i) marine domestic sewage treatment plant uses activated sludge, contact oxidation, electric flocculation technology and the principle of automatic dosing sterilization to eliminate organic pollutants. the device can efficiently, thoroughly and cleanly treat the sewage, so that the discharge water can meet the imo new standards and other more stringent requirements.
技术特点 /specification
1、采用卧式圆筒设计，两端圆形封头，耐压、结构紧凑。
2、装置为全自动控制，符合24小时机舱无人值守的要求。
3、采用内置“mbr”技术，使得装置体积缩小，解决舱容小而装置体积大的矛盾。
4、本装置在生物膜柜和中空纤维膜柜停歇曝气，形成“好氧－缺氧”过程，解决“脱氮除磷”问题。
5、本装置采用沉淀柜和膜柜内污泥自动“气提法”以及膜的“在线”清洗等专利技术。
6、“在线”清洗技术的应用，使得膜上污垢自动脱落，恢复膜通量，解决了因舱容小，打开清洗或更换膜组的困难。
7、排放水经进一步处理后，可达到“中水回用”的要求。

6. the application of "online" cleaning technology makes the dirt on the membrane automatically fall off, restores the membrane flux, and solves the difficulty of cleaning or replacing the membrane group due to the small cabin capacity.
7. after further treatment, the discharged water can meet the requirements of "reclaimed water reuse".
