1.shr系列负荷开关箱,适用于交流50~60hz,额定绝缘电压至500v,额定工作电压415v(包括380v)有,约定发热电流至400安培的电路中,作为手动不频繁地接通与分断负载电路和线路的过载与短路保护之用。由于装有中性接线柱,负荷开关箱也可作为一般照明等回路的控制开关之用。
高短路电流的配电回路和电动机回路作为电源隔离开关、负荷开关和应急开关、供电路通断及保护之用。
2.负荷开关箱适用于下列工作条件:
1)海拔不高于2000米
2)周围环境温度不高于+40摄氏度不低于-5摄氏度
3)空气相对湿度不大于90%(+25℃)
4)垂直安装于无强烈振动和冲击的场合
5)在无爆炸气体和腐蚀气体的场合
2.分类和型式
1)按约定发热电流分有100,200,315,400安培四个等级
2)按结构型式分有开启式和封闭式两种
3)按极数分有3极带中性接线柱和3极不带中性接线柱,4极三种
3.结构特征
shr系列负荷开关箱主要由触头灭弧系统,熔断器,操作机构和外壳四个部分组成。灭弧室由耐弧塑料压制,机构简单,便于拆装。触头系统采用双断点直动式长形触头型式,动触点是以有填料封闭管式熔断器为桥臂的双断点u型触头,长形触头有较高的电动稳定性,双断点有较高的分断能力。有填料封闭管式熔断器的极限分断能力达50千安,可以满足一般电网的要求。操作机构采用单杆抽拉式结构和弹簧储能原理。用同一弹簧执行开关接通分断的机能,保证开关能可靠的接通和分断,并有明显的通断标志。抽拉式操作手柄,在开关接通或分断以后,可以推入开关外壳内,外形美观,开关盖壳装有连锁装置,保证在盖子打开后开关不能接通及开关接通后盖子不能打开。
