图1用gαi抑制剂ptx（50 ng/ml）和gαq抑制剂fr900359（1μm）预处理对hek293t细胞中qrfp26（1μm）受体介导的ca2+内流的影响[1]。
同时，ptx是所有目前可用疫苗的主要成分，且该毒素抗体的存在与保护儿童免受百日咳疾病相关。因此，ptx可能继续作为百日咳疫苗的重要组分。但由于ptx为外毒素，通过对其结构基因进行遗传修饰来脱毒的方法可能激发疫苗生产商从化学脱毒的无细胞百日咳疫苗（acelluar pertussis vaccine，apv）转变为遗传脱毒的apv。遗传脱毒的ptx安全性和免疫原性优于化学脱毒的ptx。但即使转向遗传脱毒的ptx，apv可能仍不能防止百日咳鲍特菌感染。为实现该目标，需继续对百日咳的致病机理、免疫学变化以及抗原成分进行研究，从而研发一种具有长期免疫力和防止百日咳鲍特菌感染的新型百日咳疫苗[2]。

1.催化nad的adp-核糖部分转移到异三聚体gi/o蛋白的α亚基，使受体与gi/o蛋白解偶联[3,4]。
2.多发性硬化症（mutiple sclerosis，ms）动物模型，与特定抗原联合注射动物，建立实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎eae模型[5,6]。
3.开发获得具有更高安全性和保护力的无细胞百日咳疫苗。
