1、清理管路内的脏东西，并维持管路内的清理。
2、查验地脚螺栓、螺帽的联接紧松状况。
3、必须安装皮带罩，避免衣服裤子和手等卷进皮带和皮带盘中间。
4、将管路上的截止阀所有开启，不然风机过载运行，设备损伤。
5、添加机油，油位静止不动于油位表管理中心部位（风机原厂时，没有机油）。
6、查验皮带支撑力和皮带盘偏正，风机原厂时，已调节完好无损，请确定在运送与安装全过程中有没有松脱。
7、加注轴承润滑脂，能用油枪加至油从旋盖上的泄进油口泄出才行（风机原厂时，已含轴承润滑脂）。
8、查验开关电源的工作电压和頻率：查验电缆的联接；从皮带盘侧看主动轴旋转方位为反方向。
9、用力旋转皮带盘，确定风机旋转无异常时即可用电力工程起动。
