1 .总体效果：冷却塔理论是一门综合性很强、实验性很高的系统学科。公司的科技人员在通过对冷却塔多年的热工测试试验的础上，对测试数据进行全面综合处理，一句计算机得出（35*20-75o）梯形波水填料容积散质系数bxv，选择气水比，截面水负荷、截面气负荷和填料高效率的高度范围，以此确定填料体积，并以流体动力学观点综合设计塔的外形与结构，根据测试估算通风阻力，参考风机特性曲线以及测试数据优化选择，符合风量要求和达到噪声标准的风机和与之相匹配的电机，使冷效、能耗、噪声、外观达到一个优化的系统效果。
2 .结构特点：1）ct系列填料由改性pvc（聚乙稀）平片经热压延成梯形波纹型（优点：散热面积增长，水流在板面上分布性能更佳，水与空气流过板面时扰动加大），以增加淋水填料中水与空气的热交强度，水的冷却过程，冷却效果很大程度取决于淋水填料的热交性能，这便是梯形波淋水填料的优点。2）风机性能：ct系列选用低转速空间扭曲前倾式风机（优点：风机可以在季节变化时，更换叶片安装角度调整风量、风压、达到节能效果），该设计风机能在各种环境下确保风量、风压、噪音和漂水水平及运行性能达到技术要求3）叶片均平衡较验，平衡精度达iso-2.5。
3、配水部分性能：配水系统的作用是将热水均匀溅到整个淋水填料上。配水分布的性能优劣，将直接影响到空气分配的均匀性及填料发挥冷却作用的能力。泰龙ct系列冷却塔采用旋转管式配水器，利用花洒喉上的布水孔口喷射出水的反作用力推动配水管旋转，使淋水填料表面得到轮流而均匀的布水（优点：供水压力低，节能；布水均匀性能好）。
4、塔体结构与性能：泰龙水塔塔体采用高质量的玻璃钢材料制成，其表面胶衣采用进口原料制造，色泽鲜艳，色调均匀，不易褪色，耐老化，历久犹有光泽。所有钢结构件均经热镀锌处理。大量采用注塑构件，耐腐蚀、强度高、重量轻、通用性好，易装配。
