柱孢藻毒素cyn标准物质crm-cyn稳定性研究表明，储存在+4°℃的cyn溶液具有良好的长期稳定性，当储存在可靠的、不解冻的冰箱(最好是≤-20°c)时，溶液也是稳定的。进一步确定了crm-cyn溶液在室温下表现出良好的稳定性，12个月后观察到有无分解现象。
蓝藻毒素是由淡水水体中某些有毒水华蓝藻产生的产级代谢产物,包括微囊藻毒素、鱼腥藻毒素和柱孢藻毒素等( codd et al., 1999;朱国营和陈萍萍，2012),会对人体产生潜在的肝毒性和神经毒性,导致健康风险,备受关注(chorus and bartram ,1999)．柱孢藻毒素(cylindrospermopsin , cyn)是蓝藻毒素中近年来非常关注的新型种类之一,主要由拟柱孢藻cylindrospermopsis raciborskii产生．柱孢藻毒素已在澳大利亚(mcgregor and fabbro， 2000),美国(chapman and schelske，1997 )、德国(fastneret al. ,2003).巴西(bouvy et al. , 2000)等多个国家的富营养化水体中检测到．我国虽然尚未见水体中检测到cyn的报道,但是山东,湖北、云南和广东等多处水体已发现拟柱孢藻成为水华优势种。
