盐雾试验箱为人工气候环境,三防(湿热、盐雾、霉菌)试验设备之一,是研究机械、国防工业、轻工电子、仪表等行业各种环境适应性和可靠性的一种重要试验设备。

一、盐雾试验箱使用材料对比

(1)、玻璃钢壳体采用不饱和树脂、固化剂、滑石粉、颜料等混合,经压模成型、拼装组合而成,随着时间的流失表面会泛黄不宜擦洗。而塑料壳体则选用进口硬聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、合成碳酸等塑料板材经高温模压成型,再经刨、铣、磨等工序,后高温焊接而成。

(2)、玻璃钢壳体若长时间做高温试验极易使箱体老化,一旦漏水则基本无法维修,从而降低使用寿命。塑料壳体选用进口耐热材料,试验温度可达80℃,塑料接缝采用高温焊接,渗漏。

(3)、玻璃钢盐雾试验箱箱盖仍采用树脂材料内置铁板背后用铁制铰链开启极不方便。并且该设备为腐蚀实验设备,盐雾极易造成对金属的腐蚀作用,因此铁制铰链是不可取的。新型盐雾试验箱箱盖则选用进口増强型透明聚氯乙烯板材背部采用自制塑料铰链、重量更轻、开启更方便。整个箱盖全透明试验时里面试品及试验状况可一览无余。

二、盐雾试验箱设计配置对比

(1)、玻璃钢采用底部加热丝隔套干加热方式给箱体供温,此种方式较原始,容易使箱体老化而降低使用寿命。塑料箱体采用底部水槽加热,选用钛合金材料远红外加热方式。这种方式升温快,温度比较均匀散布于箱体每一个角落,所以更容易控制。

(2)、pvc盐雾试验箱增加了盐水预热装置,可使盐水温度与箱体温度保持一致,使试验时箱内温度波动更小,可控制在0.1℃之内。且盐水箱采用内置式,不占空间,结构更为合理。玻璃钢盐水箱需另外配制,挂于箱体后背处,且盐水温度随着环境温度变化而变化,致使试验时箱内温度波动较大。

(3)、pvc盐雾试验箱采用两级缺水保护及超温保护装置,一有缺水及温度异常会自动关机后报警,玻璃钢盐雾箱目前仅有箱体超温保护。

(4)、塑料盐雾试验箱新增加了盐水过滤装置而玻璃钢盐雾试验箱则没有盐水过滤装置,试验时喷嘴不会堵塞确保在试验时间内正常喷雾至试验结束。
