a blockchain is a continuously growing list of records, called blocks, which are linked and secured using cryptography. 区块链是一张持续增长的记录列表，被称之为“区块”。这些区块会互相链接并为加密码学保护。

scam: noun. 骗局、诈骗

所以有些国家已经禁止了加密货币：
