佳木斯小型腻子粉搅拌机 干粉砂浆生产线里需要注意水平校正的设备 重晶石（baso4）　　本系统计量层设有两台大秤、两台小秤。两台大秤用于分别计量4种砂子和10种大粉体料，两台秤分别同时计量，各秤新大容重达2000㎏。砂子由筒仓经溜槽、气动阀口进入秤斗，各粉体料分别由￠219螺旋输送机喂料到秤斗计量。为了提高粉体料的计量精度，各粉体螺旋机电机由变频器控制，以调节螺旋机流速。另外各螺旋机均以10℃仰角安装，螺旋出口可取消气动蝶阀，但布置高度预留加蝶阀空间以防不测。另玻化微珠仓加一个溜槽接口，玻化微珠通过溜槽气动阀门进入秤斗计量。两台小秤分别进行10种小料的计量，每台秤新大计量为100㎏，各小料由储仓经￠168螺旋机喂料至秤斗计量，螺旋机电机由变频器控制，以调节螺旋机给料速度，以适应不同掺量的计量。
