control system:

as long as starting, the system is already completed labeling calculation and preparation. you just need to press the start button, the machine will start perfect labeling.
operating mode:
a. adopting the imported touch type human-machine interface, which is display in both chinese and english. you just need to operate following the prompt message appear on the screen. without any experience, you can easily online. it greatly shorten the personnel training time. it can be arbitrary set production speed. it can automatically adjust the production speed. it can be used with any production line for the most effective at the rate of manufacturing operations.
b. abnormal trouble: when abnormal trouble appearance such as label run out off, label strip breakage, color bar use up, count setting achieve, mechanical abnormal and so on, the machine will automatically stop an alarm.
mechanical structure:
1. well wear- resisting rolling stick institutions, which adopts the special rubber material, durable, don't wear.
2. the whole process including: bottle separating, points to, top press, labeling and press.
3. the machine using the vertical labeling method, add the top device to hold down the bottle, which ensure the stability of the things; the machine adopting both bottle separating and point check system, which ensure the points accuracy of round bottle and square. it greatly improving the labeling precision.
4. bottle after engagement, first sign with brush stroke prison, garnish with two positive label sponge round two side label, touch on that label firm level off.
5. conveyor belt, the top take, centralizer institutions can do the speed setting stepless adjusting, with a standard speed, make the poster perfect not wrinkle.
6. the motor adopt inverter control. it can make sure the synchronous operation speed for the transportation speed, the top speed and centralizer speed, which ensure labeling flatting, and the labeling position is accurately.
7. the top structure is elastic , it can suitable for the bottle that has error.
8. the base and the parts of the machine are stable and durable. all parts adopt the standardization and modularization design. they are totally interchangeable. the machine can be 24 hour operated. ensure security and stability.
9. crate is using stainless steel sus304 materials and t6 aluminum alloy material that is never rusting.it is satisfied with the requirements of gmp.
