电线电缆成束垂直燃烧测试仪依据ul1685、gb18380.31标准中电线电缆成束燃烧试验要求等有关规定而设计的设备。并符合iec 60332-3-10, ks c iec 60332-3-21~25 ( a~d类) 标准。当给箱体供应一定量的气体并使用标准点火源点火时，此仪器可用来测试垂直火焰扩散至电垂直火光垂直电缆和电线状态。此外，如果此测试仪的燃烧器调整20度，可达到 ieee 383(ieee 1202) 测试标准。如果附加上热释放仪器，它还可以测量动力值，如h.r.r（热释放率），s.p.r（烟生成率）等。
热释放测试系统完全根据gbt31248-2014及en50399：2011标准在gb18380.31成束燃烧测试炉的基础上增加热释放测试烟管及空气进气管路和风机。实现对电线电缆的燃烧热释放性能的测试。

the wire and cable bundles  vertical burning test apparatus is designed according to ul1685 standard and also comply with iec 60332-3-10,ks c iec 60332-3-21~25 (a~d class) standard. this instrument can be used for the test of vertical flame spread of cables and wires. in addition, if this tester is 20 degrees to the burner it can also achieve ieee 383 (ieee1202) testing standards, but the test chamber is quite fit to the ieee1202 request. the test chamber of ieee1202 need to request by customer specially. if heat releaseon the attached instrument, it can also measure the power values, such as h.r.r(heat release rate), s.p.r (smoke generation rate).

箱体特点 features
1、不锈钢测试箱体的尺寸1,000±100(w) x 2,000±100(d) x 4,000±100(h) mm。箱体的内地表面比地面高，且后侧铺有绝热保温材料。
test chamber material is stainless steel, test box size is 1,000 ± 100 (w) x 2,000 ± 100 (d) x 4,000± 100 (h) mm. 
2、配备标准要求的不锈钢梯，依据gb/t18380.31要求的钢梯；宽梯800mm窄梯500mm各一套；
equipped with standard stainless steel ladde according to standard request. one wide is 800mm, and another one is 500mm,
3、钢梯材质为不锈钢；耐腐蚀；易清理；
ladders are made of stainless steel, resist corrosion and easy to clean;
4、在箱体的较低部分，距离箱体前面150±10mm 的位置处有一个800±20(w) ×400±10(d)的进气孔。

5、箱内侧安装有进口热电偶 k型铠装热电偶，直径2mm;
the equipment is installed with 2mm diameter k thermocouple.
6、箱体顶部配备风速计；监测燃烧箱外风速环境；
the top of the box is equipped with an anemometer monitor outside the combustion chamber;
7、箱体顶部开有300±30 (w) ×1,000±100 (d) 排气口，方便在测试过程中排除烟气；风速10m/s可调节；
the top of the box is provided with 300 ± 30 (w) of x1,000 ± 100 (d) air outlet, conveniently excluding flue gas during the test;  wind speed can be adjusted;
8、配备标准电气控制柜一个；
