    scz103r/scz106r/scz108r为全自动高效橡胶注射成型机，结合高性能合模系统及选择式程序
控制系统，可配合各式模具，使用发泡、不发泡橡胶颗粒原料，专门生产各式拖凉鞋及橡胶底。
特性：
    1、专门生产颗粒橡胶发泡及不发泡拖凉鞋及鞋底，射出成型；
    2、全自动电脑程序控制，噪声小、低转速高扭矩油压马达驱动，无级调速；
    3、原料射出量大，产量高，并采用比例控制分站式调节动作压力；
    4、所有动作均采用plc和人机界面控制，使设备动作更为精确，操作更为便利；
    5、配备各式保护开关，更加便于保护设备的构件和操作人的安全。
亮点：
    1、颠覆传统橡胶模压工艺，解决模压工艺流程多，不需排气，一次注射成型；
    2、原料可长期存储，不易自硫化，运输简单方便；
    3、不需配备密炼，开炼设备就可生产橡胶鞋底，投资少、见效快；
    4、所生产鞋底及制品在保证物性的前提下，亮雾更分明，无飞边；
    5、鞋底不需打毛处理，就可进行粘接，节能环保；
    6、操作简单，人员配备少，劳动强度低。
