一、概述
i. general
fmt系列十进电感箱是我厂开发的优质价廉的产品。电感箱可由单只步进盘或几只盘组合而成；几只步进盘组合而成的电感箱，每一步进盘也可以单独使用。
the fmt series decade inductance box is devised by our factory on the basis of high quality and reasonable price for experiments. the decade inductance box may consist of one or several step panels, and any step panel can function separately in a decade inductance box that consists of a number of such panels.
它在交流电路中作为可变标准器、滤波器、阻抗变换器等感性元件。
the product could be used as a sensitive device in an ac circuit such as variable standard, filter, impedance transformer etc.

在环境温度20±5℃，相对温工＜80%；电源工作频率在1k±20hz，实际为正弦波时，各种参数见表2：

三、使用说明
iii. direction
本电感箱采用耐高温、不易变形、绝缘性性优异的一种塑料为原料制成的骨架，绕成电感后，经高低温处理的，再浸蜡防潮处理，因此本电感箱电感很稳。
the frame is made up from a kind of special plastic that performs well in prevention against high temperature or deformation, and in insulation. the inductance that is winded up is handled under high and low temperatures and subject to wax dip treatment and moisture protection, providing stable performance.
每只电感有十个抽头，焊在十进开关各个触点，组成0~10的可变电感步进盘。fmt十进电感箱由由一到五只步进盘组成，以满足用户不同需要。每个步进盘均由红、黑二种颜色接线柱引出，同颜色的为同名端，多个开关组成的电感箱，只要把相邻二只开关的不同颜色接线柱用导线连，首尾二个接线柱即为引出端。（要注意尽量减少引出二根导线所包围的面积）
each of the inductances has ten taps which are welded to respective contacts of the decade switch, constituting the variable inductance step panel marked with 0~10. the fmt decade inductance box is composed of one to five step panel(s), meeting various demands. each step panel is introduced by terminals marked with red and black colors. terminals sharing the same color are dotted terminals. for any inductance box consisting of more than one switch, it is necessary to connect the terminals of different colors at two adjacent switches, and the two terminals, at both ends, are just the outlet terminals (please pay attention to minimize the area enclosed by the two leads introduced).
使用时尽量不放在周围有铁磁性场质的地方，特别是箱底，不允许放在金属上面，否则会引起误差。
please see to it that, when using the induction box, the instrument would not be placed beside ferromagnetic field. especially, the bottom is not allowed to contact any metal part, or it will result in error.
多示值电感箱使用时，按示值最大的步进盘来限制工作电流。工作电流在额定电流2倍以内，连续工作时间不得超过1小时。
the working current is regulated with the step panel of maximum value for multi-valued inductance box. the continuous operation shall not exceed 1 hour, if the operating current is within 2 times as the rating.
四、保管及免费修理期限
iv. storage & warranty
（1）本仪器放在不含腐蚀性气体的室内。
1) the instrument must be placed in an indoor area free of corrosive gases.
（2）仪器放置时应旋钮朝上，其它方向长期放置均易引起骨架变形而影响电感值准确性。
2) the knobs shall be positioned upwards when the instrument is handled, for long-term storage toward any other direction may cause deformation to the frame, affecting the accuracy of the inductance.
（3）产品自制厂发货日起18个月内，当用户遵守制造厂说明书中所规定的使用规则及保管条件下，产品出现质量问题，制造厂负责免费给予修理或更换。
3) in case of any problem that occurs to the product because of quality reasons, the manufacturer will provide maintenance or replacement free of charge, within 18 months since the delivery of the product at the manufacturer’s side, provided that the user has followed terms and conditions on the operation and storage as specified by this operating instructio
