本品种由高强度不锈钢丝以及瓷盖、垫片组成。
弹簧钢丝：由￠2.8高强度不锈钢丝经机械弯曲而成，尺寸统一，表面光滑，所含金属元素符合食品餐具级标准。
瓶盖：本品种的瓷盖材料选用不含重金属的矿物，在高温中（1300℃）烧结而成。质地坚固，釉面均匀光滑。优美的外观充分体现了其高贵的品质。坚固的质地，光滑的外表，可使本品种多次循环使用，充分体现了其节能、环保的功能，也间接降低了生产高的成本。也可在盖面上印制图案，印制工艺为烤花瓷，耐摩擦，永不褪色。
垫片：由硅橡胶制作。硅橡胶为目前最好的密封材料，耐高、低温，无毒无味，密封性能极佳。有立体型、平面型，白色（本色）、红色，可经选用。
本品种的各部件均经由sgs机构检测，符合eu标准。
