产品介绍工业级酪蛋白
“曲拉”（藏语）即牦牛奶经人工提取酥油后生产的“干酪”，俗称“奶渣”，该工艺在藏族民间已有千年以上的历史，所产的曲拉不添加任何辅料，纯属天然、绿色、环保产品，是广大牧民作为营养补充常年食用和牛羊过冬的蛋白补充品。 
      工业级酪蛋白又称复制干酪素，该产品由干奶渣(曲拉)酸化制成，是利用高新生物科技技术制成的纯天然牦牛乳酪蛋白提纯物，干酪素能吸收水分，浸于水中，则迅速膨胀，但粒子并不结合。其他合成材料无法代替。基于它具有很好的粘合、成膜、光亮、乳化、稳定等超群性能，是各行业十分理想的绿色胶粘基础材料。可提供目数范围：30-60、60-90、40-110、90-110目。 
性 能：
  本品为非结晶性、非吸潮性物质，常温下在水中可溶解0.8-1.2%，微溶于25℃水和有机溶剂，溶于稀碱和浓酸中，能吸收水分，当浸入水中，则迅速膨胀，但粒子不结合。
