1、 fscan系列x-ray异物检测机是针对食品行业的异物检测开发的x-射线异物检测机；
2、 可以自动检测出肉眼无法看到的食品中的异物（金属，石子，玻璃，骨头等）
3、可以检测产品内部的缺陷(void, cracks)；
4、可以同时检测出包装后的产品的遗落以及不良品。
说明：
fscan系列x-ray异物检测机是针对食品行业的异物检测开发的x-射线异物检测机。作为可以自动检测出肉眼无法看到的食品中的异物（金属，石子，玻璃，骨头等）以及产品内部的缺陷(void, cracks)的装置，具有可以自动检测出异物的基本功能，还可以同时检测出包装后的产品的遗落以及不良品。
特点和优势：
1. 可以实现综合性检测，即可在检测是否含有石头、玻璃、塑料、骨头等杂质的同时，检测产品内部是否存在缺陷，如破损、包装缺陷、漏包等问题。这种功能在世界同行是独创的。
2. 不同于其他同类产品的是不需要调节x-ray光源的亮度同样可以达到很好的检测效果，这进一步体现了图像处理技术的先进性，在实际使用中的意义是可以对多种产品同时进行检测。
3. 检测水平达到世界最高水准。最高检测精度达到：
4. 铅：0.2mm，sus：0.28mm，石头、玻璃：1.2mm。
5. fscan 系列异物检测机可以检测在金属检测机中无法实现的金属包装、铝膜包装中的异物。
6. x-ray的输出功率分为单探头型（fscan2500s，480w）和双探头型（fscan2500d， 480w）。

1. 中央管理，方便连接到管理网络，集中质量控制；
2. 缺品/产品缺陷检测功能；针对可能出现的数量缺少、产品破损等缺陷可同时检测；
3. 异物大小测量功能；可以在检测异物的同时测量出异物的大小；
4. 提供 usb 接口，可拷贝出产品检测数据与图像，真正实现完全的可追溯；
5. masking（屏蔽）功能；针对被检测物品的包装上可能本身包含硬质材料，如玻璃、金属扣、金属盖等，可以设定屏蔽功能，将本身的硬质部件屏蔽，避免了对检测效果的影响；
6. 图像thumb nail功能；可对监测的产品的任何图像进行放大观测；便于在检测到异物以后将异物取出；
7. 自动教学与自动设定功能；方便操作者的使用。

9. 可生成多种配合生产管理、质量控制、设备保养与运行的报表；
10. 合格与不合格图像都可以自动保存图像重新检测功能；
11. 产品zoon（变焦）功能；
12. 传送带速度与转向都可以自由调节。
