进口倒桶式疏水阀动作原理-operation principle of imported inverted bucket drain valve
美国泰乐tyler根据凝结水和蒸汽之间的密度差异，并利用杠杆与浮力原理工作的机械式疏水阀。工作可靠，结构坚固当系统中产生冷凝水进入疏水阀时，内置倒吊桶因自身重量处于疏水阀的下部。这时位于疏水阀顶部的阀座开孔是打开的，允许冷凝水进入阀体并通过顶部的孔排出阀体。当蒸汽进入疏水阀，倒吊桶向上浮起，关闭出口阀，不允许蒸汽外泄。

几乎可为所有蒸汽输送管线、伴热管线和蒸汽设备提供高效疏水。可垂直安装，底进顶出型。可水平安装，左进右出型。最大压差1.7mpa,最大排量9t/h。正确选型条件：用户根据用汽设备最大要排除的凝结水量乘选用倍率（2-3倍），疏水阀的最大工作压力差（阀前压力减去阀后压力）。
