一、脱硫活性炭介绍：
脱硫活性炭是添加十几种促进剂加工而成，具有发达微孔结构的气体催化剂,对气体中的硫化氢及部分有机硫的精脱除。脱硫活性炭广泛应用于沼气、液化气等各种气源对硫化氢及部分有机硫的精脱除。在使用上具有操作方便、净化度高、床层阻力小、适应性强、脱硫化氢及部分有机硫的速度快、容量高等特点。它是一种新型高效的气体催化剂，能在常温、常压下保持较高的活性与容量。
二、脱硫活性炭特点：
①比表面积大、吸附值高。作为装载磺化钛氰钴的活性炭，要求亚甲蓝吸附值要高，中孔发达，负载量超过普通活性炭。
②强度好，不易碎。由于负载磺化钛氰钴活性炭，要在固定床中反复接受压力考验，溶液浸泡，所以要求强度要高，颗粒是自然形状。
③灰份杂质含量少。为了确保催化剂顺利进行化学反应，要尽量减少炭中灰份，金属离子等各种杂质含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。
④水分低。尽可能保持活性炭***低水分，避免影响其功能发挥。
三、脱硫活性炭主要反映原理：
催化剂在一定的条件下与空气中的硫化氢气体及部分有机硫发生化学反应而生成固定的化合物，减轻空气中的硫化氢气体及部分有机硫的浓度，净化后的混合气体中硫化氢及部分有机硫的含量降低98%以上，不会对人员产生危害。
四、脱硫活性炭注意事项：
1、装填时注意：由于运输、装卸过程中产生粉尘，装填写前须过筛。
2、运输与保管：在运输时要轻装轻放，避免振动和碰撞，以免粉化。
