机型结构科学合理，采用了多辊式喂料系统和优质高强度型齿状喂料辊;内部配件更经过严格、特殊的热处理加工，保证了生产使用过程中产量稳定高效同时理大大增加了切削原料的广泛性；机身配套进、出料输送机（同类产品一般只配置进料输送），用户在安装使用时更加方便。机械的稳定性也是保证用户生产效率的关键--（如无特殊需要）机器在安装使用时无需安装地脚螺栓就可生产，以便于移动作业。
机械先进的进料系统设计使其能轻松完成竹、木及其它原料的切片加工。在对竹、木等不规则边角料的切片生产具有更好表现。
该机械设备可将松木、杂木、杨木、杉木等各类原木、原竹切削成均匀的片料，及对板皮、单板、竹材、枝桠材、玉米杆、棉杆、芦苇和其它非木质纤维杆等各种材料进行切片加工，且对于各种毛竹等非木质原材料及其下角料的切削，各种木质下角料的加工。用户可根据需要,在一定范围内调节出料木片规格。该产品出料规格率高，产量大。是造纸厂、人造板、中纤板等厂家生产优质木片的必用设备及工业生产备料工段与各类木片生产基地的理想设备。
