本生产线采用高速电脑控制系统,整套设备可完成纤维棉开松,电脑精确定量,称重,机器均匀快速填充入袋三道工序,主要用于枕头或沙发软垫的纤维定量填充.
实现电脑设定纤维棉重量,称重范围150g-1500g,精确度高,纤维棉重量调整方便.
松棉机自带金属报警及过载保护装置,延长了机器寿命.
如增加纤维棉送料机,本系统仅需一人操作,节省成本.
