四、重视抗干扰措施
自动化系统应用于恶劣的工业现场,抗干扰措施尤为重要。实践中,经常出现由于干扰导致调试失败甚至设备损坏的事例。自动化系统的干扰,有以下3类来源:
1)空间辐射干扰;
2)系统外部线路,包括电源线、信号线、接地系统等引入的干扰;
3)系统内部电磁辐射及线路干扰。
五、针对这些干扰,在工程实施中要考虑以下措施:
1)在系统结构设计与设备选型时,充分考虑环境适应性和电磁兼容性;
2) 采用性能优良的电源,抑制电网引入的干扰;
3)合理选择和敷设电缆、电线;
4)硬件上采取隔离装置或滤波装置;
5)软件上采取提高可靠性的措施,如数字滤波、定时校正参考点电位、信息冗余等;
