      all wetted parts materials arefromstainless steel as standard. each switch family is available inip65, ex-ia or ex-d versions.
     inorder to ensure as flexible operation as possible, thepressureswitches are equipped with micro switches, which make itpossibleto switch an electrical load of up to 15 a / ac 220 vdirectly. forsmaller contact ratings, such as for plc applications,argongas-filled micro switches with gold-plated contacts can beselectedas an option.
      by using a diaphragmmeasuringcell with fulcrum lever transmission, the model da10pressureswitch is extremely robust and guarantees optimaloperatingcharacteristics.

      the switch points can be set toyourrequirements, free-ofcharge.

      switchpoint,switching direction for each contact (e.g. switch point 1:0.5 bar,falling, switch point 2: 3 bar, rising)
      with two micro switches, theswitchpoints can be set independently of eachother.
afterunscrewing the case cover, switch point adjustment can bemade usingthe adjustment screw. the switch point is settablewithin the entiremeasuring range with the following
     general rule:
      ■ define the value a = 2xrepeatability + switch hysteresis
      ■ if the pressure is rising,theswitch point should be set between (min. + value a) up to max.ofthe setting range
      ■ if the pressure is falling,theswitch point should be set between min. up to (max. - value a)ofthe setting range
example:
      setting range: 0 ... 1 bar withoneswitch contact
      repeatability: 1 % of 1 bar =10mbar
      switch hysteresis = 15 mbar(seetable setting ranges)
      value a = 2 x 10 mbar + 15 mbar =35mbar
      if the pressure is rising, theswitchpoint should be set between 35 mbar up to 1 bar.
      if the pressure is falling,theswitch point should be set between 0 up to 965 mbar.
      for optimal performance wesuggestthe switch point lies between 25 % and 75 % of thesettingrange.
