主要针对被抽取氟利昴后拆除压缩机的冰箱的物体特性：组成成份，形状体积等特点。采用专用的四轴冰箱撕碎机和专用冰箱二级锤式破碎机，泡蟆破碎机将进行破碎处理；在破碎处理阶段分级处理阶段分级采用风选设备和专门结构进行除泡膜和除尘处理；运用磁选设备将黑色金属含铁为主的物料分离处理；运用涡流分选设备将有色金属与非金属进行分离处理，采用集中除尘和活性碳过滤气体作无害化处理，从而实现将废旧冰箱破碎和分类处理的完整过程。本系统全程plc控制，动态实时监控。具有能耗低、处理量大、经济性好、维护成低、处理量效果好等特点。
adopt specified four shaft refrigerator shredder and secondary hammer crusher and theca cotton crusher,the waste old refrigerator crushing separation plant,mainlyfor the physical characteristics of refrigerator with extracted freon and dismantled compressor,the features of composition,shape and size etc. during the crushing process,this plant can adopt airclassification and specialized equipment to remove theca cotton and dust,to use magnet equipment to separate the black metal mainly contained iron material;to use vortex equipment to separate thenon-ferrous metal and non-metal material.this line also adopt concentrative dust removel and activated carbon filters gas treatment ,to achieve the completely crushing and classifficationprocessing.further more,thesystem full controlled by plc,real--time monitoring .with the features of low energy consumption,large capacity,economical,low maintenance cost and good effect etc.
